How our shadow helps us heal

Deep healing requires the curiosity, courage and commitment to heal the 'dark parts' of ourselves.

I have found that the pathway to elevating my energy and life experiences is to temporarily lean into the dark aspects of myself I'd probably rather not own up to.

What I have learned is that you can turn this into an energising and motivating process that accelerates the change you seek.

Our 'shadow' is the part of ourselves which houses our uncomfortable beliefs, emotions and behaviours.

But it's a key lever for moving forward in our lives.

Avoiding our shadow prolongs our growth.

"One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light but by making the darkness conscious" - Carl Jung, founder of analytical psychology

View your shadow as an energetic hurdle that you're overcoming on your path to activating your best life.

Lean into your shadow to learn more about what is holding you back.
