Feeling anxious? Use geometric breathing

Geometric breathing is a quick hack to instantly reduce anxiety.

Step #1 - Imagine your feet are rooted into the ground.

Step #2 - Count to 3 as you breath earth energy through your feet.

Step #3 - Hold your breath for 3 counts and fill your body with earth energy.

Step #4 - Count to 3 as you release all low vibe energy back to the earth through your feet.

Repeat 3-5 times!
